Delivery & Returns



Our couriers deliver on a week by week basis (picking up from us on Friday morning and fulfilling orders early the next week). 

Please note that if you are not in to accept your package, and you decide to let us leave your order outside your premises or with neighbours, we are not viable for the safety of your order past the point of delivery.


Return & Exchange Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty (1 year)

We have thorough testing and checks done on every product before they are sent off. If something we're to slip through our process however we have our Manufacturer's warranty in place to give you ease of mind.

If any product sold is faulty or damaged upon delivery (it fails to perform the purpose of its use) we would be happy to either send one of team out to repair (or failing this) replace your product as soon as possible! All you'd need to do is send the product back to our warehouse fully packaged at which point your delivery cost will be fully reimbursed.



If the case is that you were just unsatisfied with your purchase then you may return the product within 14 days with a full refund! All you would need to do is follow these steps:

1) Get in touch with one of our team at

2) Repack the product(s) in their original packing

3) Send the product(s) back to our warehouse.

(Please note, the customer is liable for the cost of delivery in regards to cosmetic returns)

4)Once we receive the product(s) we will give them a quick check over to see if they are still in good condition. 

5) If so, the cost of purchase will be retuned to you immediately!
